Day 1: All over the world →Chengdu

Accommodation: In Chengdu
You can choose to take the plane or high-speed rail to arrive in Chengdu, we will arrange for professionals to pick you up and take you to the hotel by special car. Then we will start the night life in Chengdu.
There are no scheduled activities for this day; after checking into the hotel, you can enjoy free time. Chengdu, with over 4,500 years of civilization, is the birthplace of ancient Shu culture. Stroll through the city streets to experience the leisure and comfort of this place. (You can also visit the nearby commercial areas to explore local cuisine and snacks, immersing yourself in the culture of Chengdu, Sichuan.)

 

Day 2: Dujiangyan→Songpan Ancient City→Jiuzhaigou

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Dujiangyan Scenic Area], which is a World Heritage Site (listed by UNESCO as a "World Heritage Site" in 2000), a World Natural Heritage Site (Sichuan Giant Panda Habitat), and a National Key Cultural Relic Protection Unit. To date, the irrigation system has covered over 30 counties and cities, spanning nearly ten million mu of land. It is the world's oldest, only surviving, and still in use large-scale water conservancy project characterized by damless water diversion, embodying the diligence, bravery, and wisdom of ancient Chinese laborers. The main attractions in the Dujiangyan Scenic Area include Fulong Temple, Erwang Temple, Anlan Suspension Bridge, Yulei Pass, Lidui Park, Yulei Mountain Park, Yuniu Peak, and Lingyan Temples, Puzhao Temple, Cuilun Lake, Dujiangyan water conservancy project, etc.

Then, take a tour of [Songpan Ancient City]. Construction began in the third year of Emperor Wenzong's Taihe era (829 AD), when Li Deyu, the military governor of Jian' nan, built Rouyuan City to fortify the border. In the twelfth year of the Hongwu era of the Ming dynasty (1379 AD), after the establishment of Songpan Guard, the ancient city walls were expanded and repaired. By the fifth year of the Jiaqing era of the Ming dynasty, the overall scale of the city walls was formed. The total perimeter of the walls is 6.2 kilometers, with the inner city spanning the river and following the mountain, forming an isosceles triangle. An outer city and a barbican were also constructed, seamlessly integrating with the terrain, mountains, and waterways of the ancient city. Historically, it has been a major commercial hub for Sichuan, Gansu, and Qing provinces, known as "a key town in northwestern Sichuan," "a strategic stronghold on the frontier," and "a strategic pass."

Day 3: A one-day tour of Jiuzhaigou

Dinner: Buffet breakfast

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area], known as the "Fairyland" and "Paradise on Earth." Renowned worldwide for its unique karst landscapes, crystal-clear lakes, magnificent waterfalls, and rich Tibetan-Qiang cultural heritage, it is celebrated for its natural wonders.
Lunch is about 12:00 at noon at your own expense (for example, local specialty food).
Around 17:00 in the afternoon, a special bus will take you back to the hotel for rest and then free activities.
Dinner at about 18:00 is self-funded (for example, local specialty food).

 

 

1. As this scenic area does not offer guided tours, no interpretation service is provided. However, there will be relevant explanations on the sightseeing vehicles. Please bear with us;
2. Since lunch is self-managed, you can bring your own food or have it at the only restaurant in the scenic area. The restaurant offers different priced buffet meals (with the lowest price starting from 60 yuan for self-service);
3. Please abide by the management system of the scenic spot, and do not smoke or litter. The minimum fine for violators is 500 yuan. Only in a corner of the restaurant is there a designated smoking area;
4. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is at an altitude of 2500-3100 meters. When visiting, please choose to walk down from the high-altitude scenic spots and do not do strenuous exercise to avoid high-altitude reaction;
5. There is a station for each scenic spot in the scenic spot. Please get on the bus at the station. Each sightseeing bus has a tour guide. You can visit the scenic spot with a group or by yourself (without a tour guide). If you want to visit the scenic spot by yourself, please gather within the time specified by the guide so as not to miss the bus back to the hotel.

 

Day 4: Huanglong→Chengdu (high-speed train)

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special car will pick you up at the hotel at about 07:40 .The tour will include visiting the [Huanglong Scenic Area]. Huanglong is renowned worldwide for its "Four Wonders": colorful pools, snow-capped mountains, canyons, and forests. Together with rapids, ancient temples, and local customs, it forms the "Seven Wonders." The scenic area consists of Huanglong Valley, Dan Yun Gorge, Muni Valley, Xuebaoding, Snow Mountain Ridge, Hongxing Rock, and West Valley. The main scenic area, Huanglong Valley, is located at the foot of Xuebaoding Peak in the Min Mountains, facing the source of the Fu River. It resembles the image of a "dragon" in the Chinese heart, thus it has long been regarded as a "symbol of China."

Day 5: Panda Base to Sanxingdui Museum

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Panda Base]. The Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Base is located in the northern suburbs of Chengdu, equipped with all necessary facilities for panda breeding. The base is surrounded by lush and adorable bamboo forests. Pandas not only have places to play and be cute in the wild but also live in air-conditioned villas. If you're lucky, you might even see baby pandas, those chubby little ones who are so adorable they can melt your heart. The swans, peacocks, and red pandas at the base are all free-range.While walking on the road, you might just come across these special little creatures!
Then visit the [Guanghan Sanxingdui Museum]. The Sanxingdui site is the largest, longest-lasting, and most culturally rich ancient Shu cultural site discovered in southwestern China to date. The Sanxingdui Museum is located at the northeast corner of the site, housing and showcasing over a thousand precious artifacts, including bronze objects, jade objects, gold items, as well as pottery and bone tools unearthed from the Sanxingdui site.

Day 6: Chengdu free travel to the end of the trip

Sleep until you wake up naturally, free activities, end the unforgettable journey to Bashu, and return to your warm home. (You can wander around Chengdu, taste the special food, and feel the culture of Sichuan)
