You can choose to take the plane or high-speed rail to arrive in Chengdu, we will arrange for professionals to pick you up and take you to the hotel by special car. Then we will start the night life in Chengdu.
There are no scheduled activities for this day; after checking into the hotel, you can enjoy free time. Chengdu, with over 4,500 years of civilization, is the birthplace of ancient Shu culture. Stroll through the city streets to experience the leisure and comfort of this place. (You can also visit the nearby commercial areas to explore local cuisine and snacks, immersing yourself in the culture of Chengdu, Sichuan.)

 

Day 2: Depart from Chengdu →Panda Park→Songzhou Ancient City
Dinner: Buffet breakfast

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Panda Paradise], located in the northern part of Chengdu City. It is a comprehensive institution integrating panda conservation, research, education, and tourism. The base not only houses adorable giant pandas but also rare animals such as red pandas and black-necked cranes, offering visitors the opportunity to observe and learn about these precious creatures up close. Alternatively, you can visit [Dujiangyan], which was initially constructed in 256 BC and has a history of over 2200 years. This ancient water system effectively controlled the Min River's floods, providing irrigation for the Chengdu Plain and turning this land into the "Land of Abundance." Visitors can admire the ingenious designs of waterworks like Fish Mouth, Flying Sand Weir, and Bottle Mouth, as well as the mighty flow of the river, experiencing the wisdom and diligence of ancient Chinese people.

 

Then visit the [Songzhou Ancient City], which is associated with Princess Wencheng. At the north gate stands the iconic Songpan structure: the statue of Princess Wencheng and Songtsen Gampo's wedding. Over a thousand years ago, a "Tang-Tubo War" took place here, which led to Princess Wencheng's marriage alliance with Tibet. The Tibetan leader, Songtsen Gampo, sent envoys to Chang'an to propose marriage. When the envoy passed through Songzhou, he was detained by the local officials. Enraged, Songtsen Gampo personally led an army of two hundred thousand soldiers to attack Songzhou. In the Battle of Chuanzhu Temple, Songtsen Gampo suffered defeat. After returning to Tibet, he sent envoys again to seek peace through marriage. Emperor Taizong, understanding the greater good, arranged for Princess Wencheng to marry Songtsen Gampo, a story that has been celebrated for generations.

Day 3: A one-day tour of Jiuzhaigou

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area]. Located in Zhangzha Town, Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Jiuzhaigou is a tributary of the Baihe River upstream from the Baishui Gorge. It gets its name from the nine Tibetan villages within it. At an altitude above 2,000 meters, Jiuzhaigou is covered with primeval forests and features 108 lakes. The scenery here is enchanting all year round. Rich in flora and fauna, with over a hundred species, the area is dotted with ancient forests that house more than ten rare and precious wild animals, including the giant panda. Looking afar, snow-capped peaks stand tall, piercing the sky, covered in snow year-round. Alongside these are Tibetan wooden houses, prayer flag drying racks, plank bridges, mills, traditional customs, and mythological legends, forming a cultural landscape known as "a beautiful fairy tale world." Situated on the northern slope of Gelna Peak in the southern section of the Min Mountains, Jiuzhaigou is a tributary of the Jialing River, which originates from the Yangtze River system. It is also a transitional zone between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Sichuan Basin, with complex geological structures. The area has significant elevation differences, diverse climates, and picturesque landscapes. The main valley of Jiuzhaigou is shaped like a "Y," stretching over 50 kilometers in total length. Within the valley, there are multiple lakes, waterfalls, and travertine streams. Water is the star of Jiuzhaigou's scenery. The emerald, crystal-clear streams weave through the forests and shallow waters like a necklace. Over half of Jiuzhaigou is covered by primeval forests, which are home to nearly 30,000 hectares of natural forest and over 2,000 plant species. Various wildlife thrive here, including 170 vertebrate species and 141 bird species, with 17 being nationally protected. The forest is covered with thick moss and scattered with the feathers of birds and beasts, full of the appearance of a primeval forest, making people feel as if they were in a wonderful world outside the world.

1. As this scenic area does not offer guided tours, no interpretation service is provided. However, there will be relevant explanations on the sightseeing vehicles. Please bear with us;
2. Since lunch is self-managed, you can bring your own food or have it at the only restaurant in the scenic area. The restaurant offers different priced buffet meals (with the lowest price starting from 60 yuan for self-service);
3. Please abide by the management system of the scenic spot, and do not smoke or litter. The minimum fine for violators is 500 yuan. Only in a corner of the restaurant is there a designated smoking area;
4. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is at an altitude of 2500-3100 meters. When visiting, please choose to walk down from the high-altitude scenic spots and do not do strenuous exercise to avoid high-altitude reaction;
5. There is a station for each scenic spot in the scenic spot. Please get on the bus at the station. Each sightseeing bus has a tour guide. You can visit the scenic spot with a group or by yourself (without a tour guide). If you want to visit the scenic spot by yourself, please gather within the time specified by the guide so as not to miss the bus back to the hotel.

 

Day 4: Huanglong Scenic Area-→Dujiangyan

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special vehicle will pick you up around 07:40 to take you to the [Huanglong Scenic Area]. Located within Songpan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China, it is the only well-preserved plateau wetland in the country and one of the World Natural Heritage Sites. Known for its unique four wonders-colorful pools, snow-capped mountains, canyons, and forests-it also boasts rich tourism resources such as waterfalls, ancient temples, and local customs, forming a breathtaking natural landscape.

Day 5: Depart from Dujiangyan→Siguniang Mountain→Chengdu

After enjoying the hotel's buffet breakfast in the morning, a special car will pick you up at the hotel at about 07:40 . The tour will include visiting [The Shuangqiao Valley of Siguniang Mountain ]. Shuangqiao Gou is one of the three gorges in the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area, known for its deepest development and richest scenery, making it the most suitable place for mass tourism. It stretches over 40 kilometers with an area of about 216.6 square kilometers. The gorge entrance is at an altitude of approximately 2,900 meters, while the red cedar forest at the gorge's end reaches 3,840 meters, with a vertical elevation gain of nearly 1,000 meters. Shuangqiao Gou gets its name from the two wooden bridges built by local residents to facilitate passage. One is made of poplar and willow wood, commonly known as the Poplar Willow Bridge; the other is constructed from red cedar, known as the Convenience Bridge. This place is a grand exposition of mountain peaks and an exhibition hall of gorges. The sightseeing road within the gorge leads directly to its end, providing you with a more convenient, faster, and more comfortable experience throughout your visit.

Day 6: Chengdu free travel to the end of the trip

Sleep until you wake up naturally, free activities, end of the trip, return to your warm home. (You can wander around Chengdu, Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, Chunxi Road, experience the history and culture of Chengdu)
