Day 2: Wulong Three Natural Bridges-> Fairy Mountain

Known as the Three Natural Bridges of Tiankeng, this is a rare geological wonder and an ecological tourist area in China, featuring typical karst topography. The scenic spot is renowned for its three majestic stone arch bridges: Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge, which form the largest cluster of natural bridges in Asia. Located at the southeastern edge of Wulong District, 20 kilometers from the city center, between Baiguo Township and Huakou Township, these three naturally formed stone arch bridges are characterized by their grandeur, uniqueness, danger, beauty, seclusion, and unparalleled charm.

 

Afterward, visit the [Fairy Mountain National Forest Park]. Fairy Mountain National Forest Park is a national 5A-level scenic area located in Wulong District, Chongqing Municipality, covering a total area of 8,910 hectares with an average elevation of 1,900 meters and the highest peak reaching 2,033 meters. The ancient town of Gongtan, with its rich intangible cultural heritage, dates back to the Shu Han period and was established during the Tang Dynasty. It has endured over 1,700 years of historical vicissitudes, serving as a Tang Street and a Song City, where Mr.Wu Guanzhong once referred to it as the home of his grandparents. Visit the most dazzling green mountains and clear waters along the Wujiang River Scenic Corridor, and experience the intangible cultural heritage corridor of the Sichuan Salt Ancient Road, "A Dream in Gongtan, Drunk on a Thousand Years" The stone-paved streets highlight the town's long history, weaving together the past and present of Gongtan. Located by the Jialing River in Shapingba District, Chongqing, Ciqikou was originally built during the Song Dynasty. It boasts a unique landscape featuring "one river, two streams, three mountains, and four streets," forming a natural good harbor and serving as an important water and land port along the Jialing River. Once bustling with activity, it was said that "a thousand people clasped hands during the day, and ten thousand lamps lit up at night." The ancient town of Ciqikou is rich in Ba-Yu culture, religious culture, Shaji culture, Hongyan culture, and folk culture, each with its own distinct characteristics. A stone-paved road through the thousand-year-old Ciqikou is a microcosm and symbol of Chongqing's ancient city, often referred to as "Little Chongqing." Upon entering the scenic area, switch to the sightseeing bus and enter the "Paradise on Earth" Jiuzhaigou National Park. Tour attractions such as Nuorilang Waterfall, Shuzheng Cluster Lakes, Changhai Lake, Five-Colored Pools, Pearl Beach, and Five-Flower Sea. Jiuzhaigou is a natural wonderland characterized by emerald lakes, cascading waterfalls, colorful forests, misty clouds, snow-capped peaks, and the unique Tibetan culture. The main landscapes of Jiuzhaigou are distributed across three major valleys: Shuzheng Valley, Rize Valley, and Zechawa Valley, which resemble a "Y" -shaped pattern.
